Shipping Policy (UK)

Shipping Method & Cost

We currently offer Next Day Delivery (UK Mainland Only) via DPD across the United Kingdom.

• Delivery Service: 
• UK Mainland: DPD Next Day (tracked & signed for) – Delivery time 1-2 working days**

Shipping Cost: £6.20 (flat rate per order)

Orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm or during weekends and public holidays will be processed the next working day.

**Please note that while DPD aims to deliver next day, delivery may occasionally take up to 2 working days depending on location and peak periods.

Delivery Restrictions

Age Verification: Alcohol deliveries require an individual aged 18 or over to receive the parcel. Couriers may request valid photo ID at the point of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order if age verification fails.

• UK Only: Currently, we only deliver to addresses within the UK. 

Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

If you’re not available to receive your order, DPD will attempt redelivery or offer options to rearrange. It is your responsibility to ensure someone of legal age is available to accept the delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your DPD tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s progress in real-time.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with DPD and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
